CNC Routing
Our CNC routing service is designed for trade clients who need sheet material components machined to tight tolerances and supplied ready to use. We work with wood-based sheet materials and machine them to your exact specification, producing parts that are consistent, clean, and straightforward to work with at the build stage.
We accept DXF and DWG files. Before any cutting begins, your drawings are looked over for machining suitability. If anything in your files is likely to cause a problem at the cutting stage, we will raise it with you before it becomes a costly issue.

Edge Banding
Exposed panel edges left unfinished can undermine the look and performance of an otherwise well-made component. Our edge banding service covers those edges with a durable, neatly applied strip that gives panels a professional finish capable of withstanding the demands of assembly, installation, and regular use.
The same care goes into every job regardless of volume. A small batch of panels receives the same standard of finish as a large production run, and everything arrives with edges that are clean, tight, and ready to go.

Assembly
Our assembly service is available for clients who need components taken beyond the cut and edged stage. We build flat-pack and modular components into fully assembled units, ready for installation or onward delivery.
